Can someone please tell me what this blank achievement is and how can I get it? Thank you in advanced :)

It looks like that's the "Custom Design Pro!" achievement, awarded for the first time you use the Custom Design pro app to create/edit a design.

Oh your right it is the "Custom Design Pro!" achievement, I just got it, I don't know why I never bothered to make a pro design before XD
