You could also practice making pixel designs, like for flags.

Maybe some landscaping around town, organize your closet and rooms, water flowers/format them to breed, if you have the resetti man hole thing built in you can check if that's open, visit the island/hunt/tours, build public work projects or spam talk your villagers?
