Whats the name of this game?!!?!? I'm going crazy!!!

OK, so theres this game and I'm almost positive it was an FPS. Whenever you got a head-shot, it would show the bullet go into the other persons head. Please help it's driving me CRAZY!!!

A little more infomation would be really helpful. As it stands it just sounds like any old shooter that has elements of "Bullet time".
Like, was it based around sniping, do you know what platform it was on. etc.
