• Eatser season is here! Here's what we have going on at The Bell Tree:
    • The egg decorating contest is back! Join TBT’s Fifth Egg Decorating Contest, now with two distinct categories: decorating and painting. Entries must be submitted by April 9th.
    • Starting this Friday at 7PM EDT, follow clues to search for eggs around the forum in TBT's Thirteenth Annual Easter Egg Hunt. New eggs will appear throughout the weekend and the hunt ends on April 6th!
    • Customize your profile by spending bells on any of our three recurring backdrops.

what's the first thing you'll do on your island?

I'll probably explore the island and talk with the locals! Also set up my tent to be a house and maybe craft some things? I'm not sure but I know for sure the first day I will be so excited! :)

Run around exploring for sure and then...

1)Spend a long time finding the "perfect" place for my tent and the villagers.
2)Feel unhappy about something and restart.
3)Reset several times before deciding on a map.
4)I will probably go on to watch someone on YouTube with a better map and reset- again

*That is me when starting a new game.
Oh well, I have already booked 20 March off work.

i feel this on a spiritual level. at first i was certain i wanted to map reset but now im not so sure anymore because its so stressful lol

Once I find the perfect island after countless resets, I'm going to run around it and admire every single pixel. :lemon:

I'll scour the island for the best spot to set up my tent, of course. It's going to be a hard decision, but since the island is so much more customizable than towns used to be it probably won't be as difficult. The real challenge is where I decide to put everything else in the village!

I’d probably restart for a very good map and experience every new thing in no particular order.

And I’d take off my shoes as I would like to know the experience of it. (Of course I did it in New Leaf on all 4 seasons)

Literally the first thing I will do is say 'oh my....' as the realisation sinks in that it has finally arrived.

After that I'll probably spend an age deciding where to pitch my tent.
No map resetting, just enjoy whatever it throws at me.

Make a deep concept of what my island will look like, after that i'll start building everything
