This is your blog - you can post whatever you want here so long as it doesn't break any of the site rules.
If someone likes the stuff/content you post, they may subscribe to your blog and get notifications whenever you post a new entry. People may also comment on a blog post of yours (like I'm doing now), but you can change that in the settings to limit it to only friends, members of the site, etc.
