I recently decided to plot reset for a new snooty, and Annalise, who I believe is pretty placed her house down and I was considering her...What would you do in my position?

If you're even considering keeping her in your town, why don't you just keep her. You can enjoy her while you have her now, and if you don't like her, you can move on- sell her, trade her for another snooty, give her away. It would be a better than moving on and wanting her later.

Annalise is alright in my books, but I'd personally pass. If she comes back I'd stick with it.
