What was the haredest building for you to unlock on Main Street?

So yeah, what was / is the hardest building / upgrade for you to unlock on Main Street?

My Main Street... Actually isn't done yet, I'm missing Katrina's place and T&T Emporium. Personally Katrina's place will probably take longer to unlock, so that's probably my hardest thing.

But what about you? Maybe it was the second floor to the museum, the Dream Suite, but if someone says Able Sisters I will face palm.

So put it in the comments and answer the poll (the only Timmy and Tommy store I'm putting on the poll is T&T Emporium because if you can't get TIY then you'll never get T&T Emporium.)

Also, T&T Emporium was a pain. I had to TT to get Gracie to finally show up 4 times.

I don't know who's the bigger pain, Katrina or Gracie. But i voted for Katrina's shop because I still don't have it in most of my towns.

Definitely the last upgrade for Timmy/Tommy's shop. Getting Gracie to show up, let alone completing the fashion checks took forever. I thought I'd never do it.

Probably Katrinas shop. That was a massive pain, especially after I learned you couldn't just go and have fortunes told in someone else's town to count towards you getting the shop in your own. I think it's usually the last shop for more people though
