What Villagers Should I Look For/Town Name?

I accidentally got a second code for New Leaf (long story) and was thinking that I could save up for a Switch Lite and have a second town with the theme of "Pretty Pink Murder Prison/Hospital" (also a long story).
I know Lucky may be a good contender for a villager. What should my town rep's name be and what should my island be called? Items?
I was thinking a somewhat hospitalcore island, basically. But, like, also prison.

Well, the island could be called "Rogue Ward"(Rogue being a shade of pink, and Ward being a place in the hospital.)As for island rep names, maybe "Ki"(Close to Chi as in Blood/Vital energy)
