What to do?

I don't like my town or the people in it so I'm thinking about either restarting completely or seeing how much longer I have before I could sell it. Where do I go to check the progress? I can't sit on the tree yet. It would be nice to have bells and a catalog to help me start up quicker but at this point I'm cool with starting from scratch too. What do you think?

It doesn't seem like you have much of an investment in your town. If so, perhaps a clean, well thought out, restart would work for you.
