What to do with this piece of land?

I have an island-ish area where i have my mayor's house but i have no clue what to do with it. Right now, it's being used as an hybrid garden but I'm stumped on what to do with this area, there's not much that can fit on the narrow strip on the side, besides maybe a one tile path going through a bunch of trees? Other than that i don't have any ideas. Originally in the beginning, i wanted this island strip to be an island for the villagers but i'm not sure if they can all fit there and it'll look really tight.

I can also demolish my other 2 chars house as they're just storage mules.

Any ideas??

I had this layout before actually. I was gonna make the south end a park. I had a bamboo trail and resettis place in the narrow part. That was it really. Your lucky to have no villagers over there either. I had 3 and they were all in the way.

Our cafes are in the same spot though!

I think the arch pwps/wisteria trellis make that narrow walkway look super nice. If you don't feel like putting pwps there, you could put a rainbow flower garden or maybe even a really narrow orchard of trees.

you should have a park in each of those spots. you could plant some saplings and bushes then surround them with flowers. a bench pwp would look nice.
