what software/website do you guys use to filter your screenshots?

i always see pretty screenshots from other users and when i look at mine...sigh. the only thing i use to enhance my screenshot is the one famous in the community which is waifu2x. Anyone can recommend what website/software to use to beautify my screenshots? only free ones please. doesnt matter if its an app exclusive to mobiles.

I use waifu2x to scale up to 2X and set the noise reduction to high, and then I use pixlr to edit my screenshots. Pixlr is free to use and you don't have to download it! Honestly, I don't like using it and if you can get a better photo editor you might get better results. I have a chromebook so I'm really limited in editing options. That said, I'm able to get these kind of results with just those two programs
