So, I recently reset my town and I had two people hold my things for the reset. One person already gave me the stuff back but the other person said she would give them to me yesterday. Sadly, she did not. I tried PMing and VMing her, but to no avail. I even tried emailing her, but still no response. It's been about a week now and I still have not heard back from her. What should I do?

She was active yesterday when I PM'd her but she never responded
Hmm, it's difficult to say if they're purposefully ignoring you or not. I'd say shoot them another PM and see if they respond. If it's someone on the board, I'm not sure if the moderators get involved in this kind of thing. Either way, I wish you luck and hope they do the responsible thing and respond to you!
