What is your favourite flavour of tea?

Lavender earl grey is my top comfort tea, russian caravan or lapsang souchong are my teas for getting things done, but I really love a good umami-y matcha from my local Japanese tea room or a cold brew sencha in the summer 🍵☕ I... really like tea 🥰

English breakfast or Irish breakfast or any Assam tea with milk is a classic and same for earl grey 👍🏻
I love milky oolong, ginger peach tea,
genmaicha, sencha, corn silk tea, and of course matcha & chai

anyone have any recs on a nice fruity tea that’s not peach? Looking to expand my teas~

Oooh no I haven’t! But I love lychee & sencha so I’ll give it a try! It sounds so refreshing ☺️

A photo of our current collection :') Gonna order in some oolong and rose sencha soon though >> we may have an addiction.

Toasted apple genmaicha, orange chai, & gunpowder green sound so good! That’s a nice collection 🥰 I have to get some nice tins like yours!
They're mostly cheap tins from ikea ☺️ And thank you! Yay for tea ☕💕

basically just green and/or matcha i suppose.. anything not basic earl grey or lemon is good tho lol

My tastes change throughout the year, so I can't say just one.

I love oolong, and have a nice formosa bai hao and also a maple creme oolong, for something a bit more fun. For black tea, I have a chocolate truffle and a hazlenut cinnamon creme, which is a decaf. Oh, and golden monkey; can't forget that.

Probably my favorite is a blend called Brigadoon (like the movie), which the tea shop I buy from only sells on Leap Day. It's a very yummy Scottish Breakfast Blend with silver needle and cornflowers. I try to buy plenty and keep it sealed, wrapped, and frozen until I need it. I know that isn't the best thing, but 4 years is a long time to wait for another cup!

probably so basic to all the tea connoisseur but definitely peppermint! i just love it, i usually have it for breakfast every morning, just helps relax me haha. other than that i love chai/chamomile/green tea

Lemon and ginger is my favourite tea! I'm more of a coffee person but I do sometimes drink tea after dinner on cold days.

I'm not a massive fan of tea however I did find a tea last year that's called biscuit brew. Tastes like tea and biscuits and I love it 😁

Earl Grey is my favorite kind of tea.

Rooibos tea can also be really good. It's great if you don't want too much caffeine. I recommend one with orange and cinnamon (I hated the vanilla version so only buy that if you're brave).

I don’t drink as much tea as I should be, but I love chrysanthemum tea. I drink it hot or cold depending on the weather and how I’m feeling at the time. I also love oolong tea as well. But with all these teas listed in this thread I might have to broaden my horizons! So many choices to choose from.

I think ones based on citrus or berry fruits tend to be my favorites. Off the top of my head, raspberry lemon zinger is one I quite enjoy. Teas with a minty flavor, such as spearmint or peppermint are also nice--the latter particularly on the holidays. I'm also a big fan of maccha.

Beyond flavor, color is also important, so anything that is deep red or lavender are usually my favorites of mine, as they're quite calming colors to me.

Also I completely get what you mean about colour, the orange chai we have is so red, it tastes and looks so autumnal, it's wonderful 🥰

I usually like fruit teas, like peach or raspberry. To get into specifics I currently have the Tazo passion tea and Lipton Summer Fruits in the peach and summer berry flavours in my cupboard. I think all of which are kind of intended to be served cold but I drink them hot.

I also really like the sleepytime vanilla tea from Celestial seasonings.

That's awesome! I would really love to use more fresh tea leaves. They're immensely preferable to tea bags, but they are so much more expensive, and there's not really a lot of places around here that sell them that way as far as I know. So unfair! 😭
