Super Mario Bros. 3. Lots of levels, great control, awesome power-ups (Hammer Bros. suit, Tanooki suit, Kuribo's Shoe), great level design, cool worlds (giant world, pipe maze world, etc.). It's just the perfect platformer and game.

but that's a capcom game. so probably yoshi's island, star fox 64, or metroid prime, because they're all amazing fun to play, and look phenomenal.

i right now really like animal crossing city folk! Sometime I'm going to get back on the gamecube version! I wish you could go online on the gamecube version, but I have 2 memory cards so it's ok anyway.
