Ok so there are three things that are wrong with my 360. Two are from a game and one is with the initial settings of the system that affects gameplay.
1ST Problem: Display problem
Ok this was one problem I didn't know was a problem until a little while ago. When playing some games, I get black bars on the top and bottom of the screen making it look widescreen for some reason. The thing is my 360 is set to Normal mode for the display settings! What's even more weird is that when I set it to widescreen mode, the bars disappear (but then the image is distorted). Playing with the black bars on the top and bottom of the screen gets annoying as some text is so small I have to squint at it to see. On top of all this, my friends are not having this problem at all.
2ND Problem: Some lost in a game and is irretrievable
Well I am playing the game Banjo Kazooie Nuts & Bolts and I was trying to put a game globe in its holder. Thing is I didn't have the trolley parts to get up there. So I tried anyway, but then I gave up leaving it on top of a building. I turned off the system and when I played the next time, gone, nowhere to be seen. And I went to Log's Palace to see if I could get another one out, I couldn't now I have no idea what I am going to do.
3RD Problem: Achievement glitch (the bad version!!)
Well in the same game in problem 2, there is an achievement for collecting 30 TT trophies. I was at 28 and decided to try and get two more and I did. Thing is, I didn't get the achievement!! I tried collecting one more and it still didn't unlock.
Do you think Microsoft will do ANYTHING about these problems? Please I need to figure out how to fix this.

The game globe was stuck to a magnet in Showdown town XD and the achievement was unlocked when I went on today.
