What is Wi-fi rating?

I see these under people's profile. What are they?

Wifi ratings are basically just a way of showing other users how trustworthy that person is.

For example, if you trade with someone and have a good experience (ie. the trade went well; the user was kind, polite, kept their end of the deal) you leave a positive wifi rating in order to show other users that that person is a good user to trade with. If you have a bad experience, you leave a negative rating.
