What's up with people and video game related crimes/deaths?

1. A man strangles his girlfriend with a Wii-mote. Link

2. A boy threw a taco at his mom for unplugging his 360.Link

3. A couple killed a 7 year old kid they were babysitting because they practiced Mortal Kombat moves on her. Link

4. A man tried to blow up Hudson (I find this very ironic). Link

5. A kid runs away from home and eventually freezes to death because his 360 got taken away. Link

6. A man swallows razor blades to commit suicide after being addicted to too many games. Link

7. A kid shoots his parents after they take away his copy of Halo 3. Link

8. A 15-year old girl was raped after she meets up with a man she met on Xbox Live. Link

9. A father cracks her 17-month old daughter's head like a walnut after she accidentally knocked over her father's 360. Link

10. A kid hangs himself after his Wii gets taken away Link

11. A kid stabs his brother over who's next in playing a game. Link

12. 2 kids hang a cat with a controller. Link

I have one. (no link though, this happened a long time ago, about 5-6 years.)

This 16 year-old guy played Harvest Moon nonstop for 3 months. (His mom brought him his food.) He played and finally got the blue feather, so at the last day, he asked the girl IN THE GAME if she would marry him, she said no. So... he killed himself.
