What is uchi to you?

Here they translated the personality to "mature" or "adult", but it's more meant to be a big sister kind of personality.

I think they call them "sisterly" villagers this time around, which pretty much sums them up.

Ehhh I could care less about them, they seem to cause a lot of problems because Cherry has fought with almost everyone in my town

My only Uchi is Hazel and man she's hard to figure out. I wouldn't say she's very big sisterly to me (although that unibrow screams tomboy) and she rarely gives me the option to give her anything despite talking to her every day since launch. She's often grumpy, fusses about me talking to her too much and seems generally uninterested in everything lol.

But she can never move. I'm keeping my day ones forever. They both live right next to me and they can never ever leave.

I'm not sure if I get a caring/sweet vibe from them exactly....they're definitely friendly but they don't seem overly so to me.

They do seem more mature or "adult" than other villagers (aside from maybe Cranky/Snooty villagers)

They seem like they're adventurous (makes sense since they're one of the first two types on your island) and I'd agree they do seem sorta tomboy-ish as well. Also, they seem like they're meant to be the "effortlessly cool" type of character.

Pretty much what everyone else has said about them being "big sister"-like, but I also think they are straight-forward and not afraid to be totally honest. They keep it real, but they aren't standoffish or mean. That's the impression I've got from my uchi villager at least

They're tough, blunt, and a little emotionally guarded at first, but once they've warmed up to you, they're really sweet. I've had Renée tell me on a few occasions that if I need to talk, she's here for me, or asking if everything is okay the night after a meteor shower because it seemed like I was wishing really hard for something. You just need to keep talking to them to see that side of them.

I wish you could get two uchi villagers to start. I want Fuchsia and Muffy or Fuchsia and Cherry or Fuchsia and Reneigh.

Uchi are true big-sister, super adorable, and super sweet but also very funny unlike...the normal personality.

I think of uchi as the female equilivant of cranky in some ways. They can be somewhat rude from first impressions, but once you make friends with them they're quite kind. Uchi villagers are usually the ones who seem most genuinely concerned when I get stung by wasps, from my perspective.
