what if npcs were villagers?

just a weird though haha. also i mean npcs like tom nook and isabelle, not actual villagers like what would their houses be like, and what personalities would they have? would isabelle & digby look like the rest of the dog villagers or would they keep their designs?

i'd be so down for having a town full of 'npc' villagers. i think the ten dreamies i would have would be:
- leif
- dr shrunk (idk how that would work but whatever)
- nat
- cyrus
- kicks
- leilani
- lloid (that would be so cool omg)
- blathers
- brewster
- tom nook
- sable

ohh and tom nook would be a big raccoon while timmy and tommy would be smaller raccoons (i think they're called kit?) like the current bear species with the bigger bears and the cubs.

for example, i think phyllis would definitely be a snooty villager with the regal or gracie furniture sets.

Blathers- normal. he would also have the classic set but with that big bookshelf & of course the biggest room in the house for his fossil collection <3
Isabelle- Peppy definitely! I imagine she would have soem cardboard boxes but mainly minimalist!
Reese- normal/snooty- (not that she is snooty but thats how i imagine her!) gorgeous set but customized of course.
Cyrus- I cant imagine him being too lazy since he does customize furniture. but i agree with the alpine set!!!
Leif- (my favorite besides celeste!) he would lazy, cabana & mixed with the set he gives out on weeding day!

So many people love Leif, oh my lord he irritates me so much hahah. And I absolutely HATE Cyrus - he's so possessive of Reese, ugh. Other than them I'd probably happily have anyone as a villager. I'd so enjoy being more in control of Tom Nook!

Yeah it would be cool! Maybe we could even get some more characters to run the shops on different shifts, kind of like Pelly and Phyllis at the post office. Then they'd have more time at home where you could visit!

The towns would have to be bigger though, to fit so many houses, LOL
