What happened to my PWPs?

I can only choose townhall renovation. All the other PWP's are gone from the list.

What gives? I don't want to renovate my townhall!

Do you have the maximum amount of PWP's in your town already? Because when you do they all disappear except for the ones that don't involve building something new.

Yeah, like elle said, you've probably built the maximum number of PWPs in your town (which is 30 btw). If you demolish something, all the PWPs will show up in the list again.
