What gets you agitated?

While I know AC is generally meant to be relaxing and slow paced and all, sometimes it just finds a way to really get on your nerves and make you mad. What stories do you guys have where you've gotten really angry?


I have one from just now which prompted me to make this post:

I invited my friend over to my town, and we spent a bunch of time moving random flowers from all over the map into a small, condensed area. We also sold stuff in re-tail and talked to villagers and I had started to make a little garden area with bush starts. We worked on this stuff for at least an hour. My friend had to do something quick, and while I was talking to a villager, we got hit with resetti and all our hard work was ruined. I'd also given her bells and a villager pic to thank her and they're all back in my inventory again. I feel so terrible and so mad at the same time.

So I did a favor for Skye and she gave me her pic. Good, right? Yes, for now. I was at the doctors and I put my game in my pocket. after I was done, the ds said "the game card could not be read" UGHHHHHHH

It's kind of small. I really just get annoyed how bamboo grows and spreads everywhere. I just find it a pain in the butt to deal with. I was complaining about it so my sister but cut down some bamboo shoots and placed tiles around them so they stop spreading.

when I switch off my 3DSXL without saving by mistake, after playing on it for 3 or 4 hours without a break and saving up loads of bells or catching loads of new fish.

All of these things are why it's good to get in the habit of saving often. lol Resetti is the worst though. Poor peppercrossin had to deal with my horrid wifi while they were leaving their entire inventory in my town. Resetti = satan.

i hate when im talking to a villager and i get a ping, and i wait too long and miss it. it drives me crazy.

One time I spent 2-3 hours landscaping and TT (for trees and shrubs), and I closed the lid to break for dinner. Then when I came back and opened it the screen was black and said "The game card has been removed" when it was still securely in there. All that time and progress down the drain, I wanted to flip a table after reading that.

I didn't even think to save tbh. Usually I have people over for quick trades and I don't usually need to. It's been a while since I had a visitor over for that long. I felt so bad she helped me move all those flowers and it was ruined.

When Isabelle won't let me place projects where I want them. When I was trying to place the lighthouse, Isabelle kept complaining that it was too close to the ocean. THAT'S THE POINT OF A LIGHTHOUSE, ISABELLE!

When stuff is on my path. I have a natural dirt path, and I like how it looks. However, I hate it when flowers, rocks, spreading bamboo, and pitfalls are on it!

When I miss pings. I use my golden can a lot, so I carry it around most of the time. It is so annoying when a villager pings me and instead of talking to them, I water with my watering can! It's also annoying when a villager pings me as I enter a building. I worry that that missed ping was about moving!

Having to have villagers come to my home or me go to theirs at a certain time. I hate that the most.

Mild annoyance: When a villager asks to visit me or wants me to visit them, but I'm busy and don't know how long it'll take.

? r o c k s. they are aLWAYS in the worst spots and there's no way to get rid of them without hacking.
if my 3ds wasn't updated i would learn to hack just to get rid of the rocks. i hate them so much.
? not being able to plant trees/bushes right next to buildings or too close to the river/cliff. along with pwps.
i've had the perfect spot for so many pwps that i ended up having to change because isabelle said no. >:c
? accidentally erasing spots in my path while trying to do something else.

Another annoyance: When you're trying to plant a bush but you're facing just -slightly- the wrong way and it gets planted in the wrong spot.
