What does this hat say?!

I got this hat from Able Sisters just to try and figure out what the writing on it is supposed to mean. but I don't know the language it's in, if any. Doesn't look like Japanese to me, but it doesn't look like pointless scribbles either.

It's supposed to be English-like scribbles. Everything in Animal Crossing that looks like it has words is usually English or Japanese based scribbling afaik
