What does the DS suitcase do in ACCF

What does the DS suitcase do on Animal Crossing City Folk.

I mean, like what does it do when you use it.

i was just kinda confused and when i clicked on it i got more confused lol!

so could someone please explain it to me!

You can transfer your AC:WW character onto AC:CF. You can also transfer part of its catalog.

Put your AC:WW cartridge in your DS, then go on DS Download Play. Then on the Wii, go on AC:CF then go to "DS Suitcase" and connect.
