What do you think of Tiers for Pokemon?

What do you think of them?

If you don't know what they are than here's an explanation of it:
Uber Pokemon are Legendary/Overpowered Pokemon
OU (Overused) Is for Overused Pokemon, a good example of this is Gengar.
UU (Underused) Is for the Pokemon that don't really affect the kind of battle.

So, like said, what are your opinions on it?

True, My favorite Pokemon is in the UU section and when I battle people with it they say I made a bad choice in Advanced Strategies and Skills.

So it's stupid.

Maybe for you guys. I just pick the most powerful of the bunch. A great "UO" Pokemon would be Crobat. It has phenomenal Speed and decent ATK.
