What do you look for in a starting map?

I just want a map that doesn’t feel like it’s broken up too much by too many branches of river.

Has anyone seen other types of grass besides triangles yet? I've been trying to keep an eye out but I havn't seen anything else. Hopefully there are still variations.

I'm looking to find a map that has Town Hall in the bottom center, apples, and circle/triangle grass shape. I'll definitely be resetting until I get that.
