Besides Animal Crossing, lol! The weather going on right now is really freaking me out, I don't mess with that thunder stuff, man. Or flickering lights. Heck no.

Anyways...

What do you do to de-stress?

I typically listen to chill music and play ACNL, draw, or TRY yoga (I used to be good but I stopped everything for some reason). Or animals! Animals are the bob-omb dot com.

Books, movies, or good old fashioned imagining stories/scenarios in my head so I can can ignore my mundane existence.

I like to browse the internet and look up stuff about hockey.

Usually nap lol. Or scroll through instagram. I used to draw but my 3DS is scratched up so I have to wait until I can afford a desk so I can start using the drawing tablet I bought. uwu
I also like going for a walk or working out if I have the energy.^^

Play video games, I guess? Have lunch/dinner out with my girlfriend or have coffee at Starbucks or probably watch a movie.

usually, if I'm feeling stressed or bothered I take a nice hot shower and sit in bed and find something to watch. I'll also just draw or do something on my phone :)

I think the best thing for me to de-stress would be to go somewhere quiet with a friend and just talk for hours.

Ofc that never happens, so I usually de-stress by eating, looking through Pinterest and, more recently, playing Pokemon-Amie.

I like to watch funny or cute animal videos, draw, listen to music, or play video games to de-stress!

I like to listen to music, make art (painting, drawing, sculpting, all the good stuff), read, exercise (which isn’t always relaxing, but it’s very good for de-tuning, for me personally), and going for hikes/submerging myself in nature. Every year for my birthday, I usually go on a hike, surround myself by waterfalls, greenery (I love ferns), and just overall unplug myself from the stresses of life :)

jam to music, text, play video games, tv shows, gym, go out somewhere. tons of options haha, depends on the mood and situation.

avoidance n having a breakdown are the most realistic things i do but uhhhhhhhh using distractions until im more ok and then deal w the stress would be better

I hide in my room and draw, play games, work on my puzzles, and read. I haven't been reading a lot lately though... need to get back to that (there's so many good books to read!).
