What do the island drinks look like

Ive seen that islands with oranges as the native fruit have an orange slice on the drink... are any of the other native fruit juices special??

Oranges seem to be the only one with a slice of the fruit on the drink! All the others have a stripped straw and little leaf from what I've seen.

It seems that pear drinks aren't unique as well, they just have the leaf.
