What do I put in my town?

So, I recently reset my town and got this extremely spacious layout.

I already have paths, but I still have so much room to put things, especially on the right side. Even with all 9 villagers moved in, I have a giant field between my house (To the right of the train station) and Retail. I haven't placed my Cafe yet, but I'm looking at putting it somewhere in the giant field.

Can someone visit my dream town and tell me what I could do? 5100-3905-1579 is my address.

I'd put a nice big park/garden with lots of symmetrical public works in that big open space and I'd try to move my villagers all in the left-hand section with the town tree to make a little villager.
