what did you do with empty space?

i have a LOT of space of my island, and i'm seeking out inspiration! what did you come up with?

I had such a hard time occupying space!
I started filling empty areas with flowers (Hybrids add a certain touch and I even go to the extent of creating a ‘theme’ with the flowers.
Spread out nmt items in random areas and slowly fill in the space from there.

Everything takes time and your island will come together eventually

For now most of my empty spaces are used as parks or gardens. For the rest I just put like one big item in there and customize the area around it, like a swimming pool.
