What clothing to give Hazel?

She's one of my starter Uchi villagers and I'll be letting her go soon but I'm trying to get her photo first.
I managed to get photos of 4 villagers so far without TT but having some issues with Hazel.
According to NookPlaza she likes cute and active wear that's either yellow or red but in my experience, whenever I give her a cute item, she says that it's not her style.
Any idea on what she could be into?
When I just give her simple red or yellow t-shirts, she doesn't seem very impressed either but most of the expensive items don't seem to be her style.

According to the guide I use on my phone, Hazel likes: The color red, the color yellow, active themes, and cute themes.

So any clothing that's red, yellow, cute, or athletic should work!

I also read somewhere that gifting your villagers fruit wrapped as a gift works great!
I'll be testing this out the next few days

It does! I gifted foreign fruit in gift wrap to my villagers and one of them gave me their photo less than I month in, I think? I'd already talked to them almost every day for a month and then started giving fruit and certain furniture for daysss!

that's great!! I have been putting alot of time into breeding flowers and collecting items/decorating my island,
it's time I put some more effort into my villagers lol! will be doing this method, thank you for sharing your experience ^^
