What are your favorite 3DS games (recommendations)?

So since I only have two 3DS games and my birthday is next month I was thinking I may ask for some more because I've really been enjoying getting back into handheld games, but I don't really know of any besides pokemon and animal crossing. What are some of your favorites?

Fire Emblem Awakening, Kid Icarus Uprising, Bravely Default and Theatrhythm Final Fantasy are some of my faves. I've heard the new Kirby and Zelda games are good. Monster Hunter if you don't own it on Wii/WiiU.

Tomodachi Life. Doesn't seem worth it at first, but it grows on you. I lost mine for about 2 weeks, couldn't care less, but when I found it, I played it for 2 days straight. ^3^

Yeah, aside from the obvious ACNL, I'd highly recommend Fire Emblem: Awakening, Pokemon XY, and A Link Between Worlds.

And if you're an oldie like me, check out some of the ported Nintendo 64 games like Ocarina of Time and Star Fox.

Kid Icarus Uprising is so amazing! I love all the weapon possibilities. There is also a remake of Tales of the Abyss on the 3DS. I remember enjoying it on the PS2.

Fire Emblem Awakening is definitely the best game on 3DS. It's addicting, the writing's charming, and it's just a great experience. Also, Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is a great Zelda game, despite being a little too easy.

my favorites are fire emblem and rune factory 4. I've been a fan of the rune factory series since the beginning, but I just got into fire emblem with this game, and it was amazing! I'm looking forward to the next game already. I may have to play it again soon simply because I enjoyed it so much.

I'll be the second person to recommend Virtue's Last Reward, if you like story-heavy potentially confusing puzzle games. But I'd first recommend getting its predecessor 999 first, which is a DS game.
