in my house we make a big pot of chili as the Christmas Eve meal-- i have no idea how that started, but it has bright green and red peppers in it so it does look sorta Christmassy. sometimes we also sing Christmas carols. that's about it- there's some gift wrapping that goes on too!

We go and look at christmas lights once it gets dark (like at 3pm lol) and to that for a while, and then head home and open presents . 3.
and then we have, like, 20 family christmas things

looking at lights is a good one. what're the 20 family things?

I am a terrible procrastinator, so I usually spend my time before going to bed on Christmas Eve wrapping the presents I bought for people and putting said gifts under the tree. I hope to get this done prior to Christmas Eve this year so that I can relax. I guess it all depends on what day the stuff is delivered.

If I have the spare time, I'm thinking about going to see the Krampus movie on Christmas Eve this year.

in sweden we celebrate christmas on christmas eve so uh... we usually either go to our cousins or have our cousins come to our house. we eat food, watch donald duck, take a walk, open some presents and hang out... then the ones who aren't at home go home and we usually take a walk. If we're hungry we eat something and then we all open presents and stuff!!! yye :>

I cook a Christmas Eve dinner for my in-laws. Just love a house full of family, laughter, sharing memories, and good food.

I don't usually get up to much on Christmas eve. I'll probably sit in my room during the day and relax, play some videogames and stuff, my mum usually cooks some warm sausage rolls so I eat tons of them, and then in the evening we might sit together and watch something on TV or like a film or something. But this year I'm staying at my dad's house, and my grandparents are going to be staying over so it'll be nice to spend some time together with them. :)

Every Christmas eve at night my whole family watches Arthur Christmas right before we all go to sleep :D

Well this year I'm at my dads, and we normally have pizza and coke, and watch some movies on BBC >.<

We used to open all of our family presents on Christmas Eve and usually have family over and stuff, and then save Christmas morning for the Santa presents and stockings when we were kids, we've been opening presents Christmas Eve since though, but this year I am going to get off of work and then go to sleep, wake up, come back to work and then open presents when I get off and will be half asleep...

Ahh. That sounds nice. I wish my family would sing carols.

We usually go out to dinner at Applebees, but I can't afford it this year, so I'm making tacos and burritos. I'll probably watch some Christmas movies too. My favorite Christmas movie is "Emmet Otters Jugband Christmas".

We (my dad, my sister and I) usually cook a nice meal, exchange presents at ~7pm and watch some movies :)
Here in Germany Christmas is mainly celebrated on Christmas Eve like it's in Sweden.
