I... don't think so. I'm pretty sure they're just regular furniture where you can buy one color option from the Nooklings, and others can be traded then bought from the catalog. But that means you can catalog them!

Also, they move and make music when you press A by the handles ☺

It's an understandable mistake! I actually used to think they were Nook Miles items because they definitely seem like they could be. They're interactable and fit the kind of park theme that a lot of the Nook Miles items do. IIRC, I got one out of a tree and that's when I realized they weren't, lol.
