Of the XL bundle being released here in NA, im so destroyed that they didnt announce it. Im actually filled with anger and sadness, Ive messaged Nintendo alot on multiple social media sites. Its the cutest 3DS Ive ever seen. Could the maybe release it un announced? Im just so hurt.

I doubt they'd release it now. It's only two weeks before the game.. and its just a console, i think you'll have to let it go. Being that upset over it wont do you any good. You could always get a different one or keep the one you already have. Not trying to make you feel worse, I just feel like you are wasting your energy on it.

They may announce it for Christmas? {though I wouldn't count on it} But I HIGHLY doubt they would release it without announcing it. I'm not a Nintendo expert or know it all, but I imagine if the NL 3DS bundle didn't do as good as it did in Europe/Asia, then that might be why they aren't releasing it at this time, who knows

If you really want it you can just get it off ebay, it costs a lot due to the importing I mentioned on your other thread, but it's just a matter of how badly you want it and if it's worth saving the money for

I understand how you feel...I am still really upset that they didn't announce it in the US and I really wanted an XL so this was the perfect timing! I'm going to have to either get the smaller bundle or just get and XL that isn't the special edition.

I bought the "new" black 3ds xl to hold me over.

There's no way it's getting released alongside launch of HHD. They may be holding it off to release it a few months down the track but I have my doubts.

I honestly believe this won't get a release for a long time now. I feel like the New Nintendo 3DS was hyped so much more than any XL bundle so far, and it feels like the former will get much better sales than the XL bundle.

I know exactly how you feel. When I first saw its release for Japan I was so excited to get this! As much as I want this to be released for NA, I doubt it will be by this time considering they already announced the standard new 3DS. But who knows, stay positive! No one expected Nintendo to announce the standard either, and now it's coming out.

I'd say set the money aside. A lot of the limited edition normal 3DS XLs had a slow release in North America so that special bundles/designs would be spread out, instead of piled on top of eachother (with the exception of things like Pokemon/Smash stuff that had two different colors of a design, or the time the MM N3DS XL and the MH4 N3DS XL came out on the same day).

Usually what stops me from getting what I want is time. I was an hour too late to pre-order the newest LoZ 3DS XL because I was away from my computer when it went up for preorder, and it was gone within the hour. </3

The HHD 3DS XL is another I'd jump on if I got the chance, but we'll see.

Yea, I am setting aside money for it too. I know the previous ACNL limited edition wasn't announced until 2 weeks prior the games release. Tomorrow would be the 2 week window. Hopefully...

I'm pretty upset myself but I figured whatever I'll get over it and then they announced that the faceplate one was being released here ^_^ I'm so excited about that now! Already preordered and can't wait till release day!!

I pre ordered that the first day it was available and it was released almost a month later. Not two weeks. I don't think two weeks would be a smart business move but I guess you can still hope.
