What Are The Good Things About Your Town?

So, instead of cherry-picking the bad things about your town, what are the good features of your town?
Mine are -

Private Beach
Overall layout
Good placement of everything
Great Villagers

Love everything of my town now~ The path, the PWP, the placement of villagers house (still 50-50 but acceptable)~ Love my house interior too!

Villagers, town hall being in front of the plaza, great villagers, beaches, paths and every fruit growing.

-Half the village is nicely decorated

-The original layout (I decided to put the cafe right next to my house... ugh)

Good idea to make a more positive outlook thread.

Things I like;
My river only runs along the north of my town, with a section that runs upwards. :3
Really long beach, with the tiniest possible private beach.
Town Hall and Re-tail far away from the tracks and spread out so more of my town gets walked through daily.
Plaza above my river and where it doesn't get seen often. ~ really don't like it's huge waste of space tilled area.
Perfect apples and star snow. ^_^
Amazing villagers, and their little neighbourhood corner while me and Zell live on 'the rich side.'
Working on filling the entire town with flowers.
