what are the best old school arcade-style video games you've ever played?

I love Galaxian, even though its hard to find (most places have Galaga instead).

I also love that old Star Wars vector graphics game where you're flying an x-wing in the assault on the Death Star, it's in a seated booth usually, and I think it is just called "Star Wars."

and there was this game called Crazy Climber that i havent seen in ages.

I've never really frequent arcades much because nothing really catches my interest anymore.

I used to go to the bowling alley a lot to play DDR, but then it shut down.



If it counts at all, I play a lot of old NES games pretty often, and you can find a lot of those as arcade booths still in some places. I know I can get through the original Castlevania pretty fast now too.

Some old arcade games I love playing are Dig-Dug, Pac-Man (sorta), and Galiga. Since my father has trained me to like Galiga, I like Galiga.

Scott Pilgrim vs The World definitely
It's not old by any means but it was designed like an old arcade game

Bubble Bobble. Taito made some great games back in the day.

Idk, only real arcade game I played was some Dodonpachi (can't remember which one) whenever that store had it so you could do it freely.. Bullet hells are soo fun on arcade machines tho

Yeah.. I think I played that same game free on some game fair they had like 4 years ago as well.

I sadly never really played too many arcade games in an actual arcade..the only one I can say for sure is Mortal Kombat III.. I was using Kitana and got the typical response of "why are you playing as a girl?!" I slayed them tho.
