Pokémon What are some of the most sought after pokemon (hidden abilities, other stats)?

So I used to be very much into pokemon breeding for nature, IVs, and everything else as well as shinies (I even dedicated several months to getting the shiny charm!) but I haven't played in months and it's sad to say I've forgotten a lot about it

So i was hoping to get a refresher on which pokemon people look for and what stats they want in those pokemon, as in for battling in the metagame. I love the challenge of trying to get the perfect offspring with maxed out stats and the perfect nature, but I really can't remember what people want. Any help?

Well, I'm not sure the most sought after sets for all pokemon, But smoogon has the ones recommend for that pokemon for competitive. Usually those are the ones sought after for that specific one.
