If this isn't the right thread for this, let me know and I'll close it. :)

But, I'm looking for a fun multiplayer game you can play online. My friend and I could barely find anything to play after we got bored of Town of Salem.

Any suggestions?

It really depends what kind of game you're looking for. MMORPG? Sandbox? PvP? PvE? There are many good online multiplayer games, once you know where to look. What are you looking for? ;o

Basically something really light that doesn't require too much commitment and that doesn't require me to download anything since I've just got a chromebook.

I guess PvP and PvE would be a good start as well.

Oh, that's what you meant. Browser-based. Huh. That makes things a little different.

As for quality stuff, I would suggest Spiral Knights or Puzzle Pirates, although I'm not 100% sure they run in-browser, they only require Java to run, so..

I guess Runescape would also count, although I'm not particularly big on that, and it would require considerably more investment than Spiral Knights, anyhow.

Honestly can't think of any more (which is worth playing, anyhow) if you're limited to just playing browser-based stuff. Hm.

Alright. I guess I'll try the first two games you suggested. Thanks!

Oh gosh Spiral Knights that was great. Only problem is that near the middle of the game you have to go through some extreme grinding to be able to continue to the next mission.

I'm into mmorpg games, so I hope these work out for you. They're all my personal favorites from the present / past

Eden Eternal (download) : It's an anime based mmorpg game. I mean, it's got the typical concepts. Dungeons, parties, guilds, pvp, etc) and the character customization is great if you like cute yet badass styles. The races you can choose from are halfkin (child), adult, mouse, bear and frog. Of course, they have more professional names but I forgot what they are haha sorry

Aura Kingdom (download) : It's pretty much similar to Eden Eternal, but the graphics are more "professional" and the characters are more adult looking, but there's only one race to choose from, which is humans. The graphics are amazing though and there are plenty of classes to choose from

DDTank (browser) : It's honestly been like two to three years since I last played, but it requires no downloading. The concepts are difficult to explain, but it's fun to pass time with and I met a few of my online friends from that game. It has a lot of cons though if you're not active on it. Your character accessories expire unless you invest real world money into it, but it's a good game in general
