Buying Wet suit and slingshot

SO I reset my acnl game three days ago, and haven't been able to get either of these items yet.. which is unfortunate because today is bunny day! So I'm looking to buy them so I can earn a cute little egg basket <3

I'll do either IGB or tbt. I'd prefer tbt just because I have about 500k IGB to my name and I want to save for house upgrades.
