I’ve never seen one in real life o:

They're freaking gross. They cling to everything. I remember a couple of summers in the past where you couldn't walk 2 feet without seeing at least one. The last 2-3 years I haven't seen as many but they're definitely still there.

Also.. I've seen Cicada swarms... I was about 6 years old and the air was absolutely filled with Cicadas flying everywhereeee... you couldn't walk outside without having 1 or 2 landing on you lmao pretty terrifying now that I think about it but at the time it was kinda fun to run outside and see how many would land on you XDDDDD

I’ve never lived in a place that bad cicadas and I only know them for their sounds haha

Tennessee. Great place, freaky weather. Rained all summer but was hot as the devil's *bEep* lol
