We need Gracie Grace back stat!

Label's fashion checks are just no.

All you have to do is put on the outfit Label gives you and that's it. With Gracie there was the sense of actually having to work to impress her.

But just like the 'add to cart' feature, I don't think its going to happen, unfortunately.

Plus Gracie was just a cool character with cool (and expensive, can't forget expensive) special items and clothes.

I couldn't agree more. I just ignore Label now. I don't need boring tailor tickets. Give me overpriced clothing and furniture. I miss the gorgeous set.

Ahhh that’s where it’s from ! I did play the GameCube version but only for a little bit. I tried searching the car online after I posted and couldn’t find it in new leaf. So I thought I was making up things in my head.

I always imagined that an update would bring Gracie in to game, where she ask you to dress with clothes of a powerful fashion designer - which would be solely from the Labelle set. If you did, she'd upgrade our shop to have her crazy expensive stuff! Then, Labelle would finally move in with her sisters to make room for another NPC character in the rotation.

I do not bother with the labels fashion checks I did it like twice but I found the stuff she gives you for passing is boring and I didn't like it.
So whenever I see her in the plaza I just quickly walk away haha

Gracie’s fashion checks honestly were my LEAST Favorite part of her. The fact that you had to hold onto several pieces of each theme and and make sure they’re together FOUR times so you can unlock the last shop upgrade was frustrating for someone who only wore like one or two outfits at most on that game. I’m hoping that Label DOESNT have that (she probably will, though)...

I 100% believe we'll be getting her, or some version of her checks, back. I mean, Labelle's checks are the same as Gracie's, basically- with the exception of not having a great reward. But I imagine, once we get more store upgrades, we'll be getting a department store eventually.

THAT BEING SAID. I'm not sure I want Gracie to run it. Sure, I'd love for her to show up... but from a purely character standpoint- Labelle has really come into her own. She's now become a legit designer in her own right. I want her fashion checks to lead, not to Gracie Grace, but LABELLE'S! And Gracie would still show up, of course- to do her own fashion checks (where she'd reward exclusive Gracie clothing, based on her clothing lines from previous games), and to check in on her protegee. But otherwise it's be all Labelle's doing.
...Or, at least, that's what I'D do if I were in charge But, again, I'm willing to bet we'll be getting a more proper fashion check and department store at some point.

I like Label, don't get me wrong. But the fashion checks from her are just kind of boring. Just throw on the clothes she gives you and that's it, you pass. And the tailor tickets are a nice touch but where's the challenge?

haha nah I still just ignore her every time I don't like the free stuff she gives. Maybe if was really cool interesting items like the ones gulliver gives you I would try.

Also doesn't she come another day and has the tent not the suitcase and has a store that you can buy the things she gives you? Or am I confused with something else?

We definitely need Gracie to come back but she would need her own shop or a portion of the Nook shop I think. The idea of her as a "travelling merchant" like Kicks, Leif, or Label just does not work for the image of luxury at all.

I would also be okay if they restricted her to just furniture. I didn't really like the Gracie clothing items (aside from the Hair bow wig in NL which I almost never took off).

That's why ignore her cause of the existing clothes but in different colours. I also would like an expansion to the nook shop cause are they teasing it with the stair case?

Yeah, you were confusing her with Mabel who later has the tailor's shop with Sable.

Label is the youngest sister who comes and does the fashion checks. She's not permanent like her sisters. And Label doesn't sell anything. She gives you Tailor Tickets that you can use in the tailors shop.

That's something I have never used is the tailor tickets I have 2 and I have never used them. Do you just have to put them in your pocket when you go into the store to buy something? and they ask if you want to use the ticket?

I wish they were a little harder but I do like Label's fashion checks. She asks for more themes than Gracie, and I hated that there were themes that would totally ruin your check if you had one item of the wrong theme included.

I would like to have Gracie come back though! And I remember her car washing game being hard...

That's something I have never used is the tailor tickets I have 2 and I have never used them. Do you just have to put them in your pocket when you go into the store to buy something? and they ask if you want to use the ticket?

Yes you have to have the tickets in your pocket in order to use them. And they don't ask if you want to use them, it automatically uses the ticket after a set amount (I think you have to spend at least 3000 bells in order for the tickets to be automatically used.
