so i was on the villager trade thing looking for you know who
when i seen someone trading Francine
lucky me right?
they wanted a villager i didnt have or couldnt get
but out of a kindness of someone, they offered that very villager in return wanted francine to go to me
lucky me again
here i thought my quest is finally over

not so much.

two hours went by
the guy still hasnt added my FC
and poof, gone like a ghost.

ive been at this for 3 days so i must ask
was i played for a fool?
did i get trolled?
or am i just over reacting?

Have they actually been offline these past 3 days? It's possible they haven't been online, never got the villager they were promised, so they didn't give you Francine. Or if you only spoke to them in the thread, maybe they haven't seen your message and you should PM or VM them! Whatever the problem may be, I hope it's resolved soon!

i meant i was hunting for francine for 3 days
and yes i've PM'd the guy
last time he said anything was about 2 hours ago
saying he'll be on in a bit after he finishes up isabelles moving in advice
