Hey guys. Maybe everybody already knew this, but it was a shock to me. If you get a request from a villager to deliver a package to another, it can be a clothes item that the villager will start wearing.

I woke up this morning to 2 of my villagers wearing clothes I’d never given them. One was wearing fishing waders and another a firefighters uniform. I had no idea how they’d gotten these, then I remembered about the requests I’d done a few days ago.

I complained to Isabelle, and they changed to their regular clothes, but I don’t know if this was a permanent or temporary fix.

Temp fix.. I don't think I am going to give gifts anymore when an animal asks me to deliver one to another. I assume you'll take a friendship hit for not doing it but I'll just give them non native fruit to make up for the hit...

Raymond gave Ribbot a flippin' pink dress and Ribbot pranced around in it.... A robot jock frog in a pink dress talking muscles!

they're all about breaking down the gender binary 😜

i haven’t gotten any delivery requests yet but thanks for the heads up! i sorta wish they implemented the pocket camp/harv’s island mechanic where you could just manually dress your villagers in certain outfits, and likewise you could remove specific clothing as well ;;

Also if you deliver the present to them and tell them not to wear it, they still would the next day. Big slap in the face to be honest.
