shapes with a round radius (i.e. #2 through #6) are meant for the use of a side image on your signature or in the middle

if there's a specific shape that you want me to use but isn't listed in the spoiler, provide a link for it in the form

the format for avatars is just for if you want an image resized with a solid border

shapes #11 & #12 are recommended for shop banners and not signatures

please remove any side comments that I added in the forms for you to use as a guideline before submitting it

be patient - I have studies to work on every day excluding saturdays, so the amount of time i have to work on graphics is limited
