Rules
- Tier 1 & 2 villagers are first come, first serve! They can only be reserved once they are in my town, and I will hold them for 24 hours for you!
- Reservations are 20 TBT.
- I do not allow lurking, it's a bit too hard for me to keep up with.
- Please pay before you pick up your villager! I will use the Re-Tail method for bell payments.
- Please do not wander through my town, I have nothing of value and it's a wreck right now. If you pick things up, I will not allow you to claim your villager!
- I will freely trade villagers between Tiers 3 and 5, but I will only accept Tier 1 villagers for Tier 1 villagers and Tier 2 villagers for Tier 2 villagers! The only exception to this is if you have a dreamie of mine.
- I am willing to haggle on prices, so don't be afraid to ask me to lower some prices!
- Add your favourite hybrid colour to your comment so I know you read my rules!

- Art! [Any skill level is accepted, so don't be afraid to offer it! I'll link you to a picture of my mayor if you offer this.]
-Dreamies [no other payment required, even if one is a Tier 3 or below dreamie]
-Cute Villagers! [IMO cute villagers, don't be afraid to offer any villager you consider cute! Only requires additional 50 TBT or 50k bells]

- Hybrids [5 - 10, depending on the rarity of the flowers]
Prices
All Autovoided Tier villagers can be taken off autovoid if specifically asked! You can only ask when they're in my town, however.
Tier 5 - Free! Autovoided.
Tier 4 - Free! Autovoided in 30 minutes.
Tier 3 - Free! Autovoided in 1 hour.
Tier 2 - Autovoided in 3 hours. Offer any acceptable amount of bells [1 - 3 million] or any combination of 2 of the above payments!
Tier 1 - Never autovoided, will be given away if I cannot find a home for them before their time to move out. 3 - 10 million bells, a dreamie, or any combination of three payments listed above.
