Visitors Wanted - Offering Perfect Apples and Bells

I've been stuck on 9 villagers for ages and no one seems to want to camp in my Town (it's been 2 weeks without a camper) so I'd love to just get a random villager from someones void. So if anyone wants to drop-by my town and collect some perfect Apples and Bells that would at least raise my changes of getting a villager from someones void.
