Visitors being kicked back right away. Why?

Hey guys,

From yesterday, I have been having this problem that visitors are being kicked back right after they land. On my end, I can see them walking out of the airport first, then the next thing, it said they went back and it also made me get out of the airport after that announcement. But the door is still open, nothing seemed to be crashed and the password is still working. But when my friend/visitors or whoever tries again, it's happening exactly like this again.

But I have no problem going to others' islands. And I've never done any time travelling, hacking or anything like that. And I'm sure my device and the game has been updated (1.2.1) to the newest version. Both of my friends/visitors and I have tried to reboot our devices, wifi, close the door and open the door and everything. Any thoughts? This is really frustrating.

Also, anywhere I can report this to Nintendo?

I had an issue with my amiibo and they assured me it'd be fixed eventually. Perhaps they are aware of situations like yours? I did the chat option but right now its unavailable. Good luck friend!

(Armchair thoughts: It doesn't sound like a hardware problem, but a software problem. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to connect to the internet at all. So it must be a bug with the game. That's just what I think based off of what you've said!)

Yes I'm going to online chat with them for sure. And I agree what you said. It's just very annoying and frustrating when you want friends or visitors because that's a huge part of the game lol. Anyway thank you!
