Apparently, visiting other people's Katrina shops and such counts toward your goal. I already visited her five times, so I'd like to get her into my Main Street today. I'll provide my own money, and help count toward your host badge goal!

I read some sources and it said it did? The thread you posted talked about people coming over to your town. It does say somewhere when players come to your town and use Katrina, it counts for them. Here it talks about going to other people's towns.

I don't have Kat right now but just to debunk this - visiting other people's Katrina's works provided you only do it once a day. You can't have your fortune told more than once per day. Also, this only applies to one person per town. You can visit another town's Katrina's with whichever characters you like but it only counts once (I.e. having all four characters in another town's Katrina's would still only count as one visit). I'm trying to do this at the moment also. Hope you unlock her pwp x
