Pros: ok! So I really like the placement of the pwps, houses--especially the mayor's house next to the town hall! The tower incorporated into the town plaza is very nice--I like it a lot. The cafe being right by the ramp? It's very cute thinking of a coast side coffee shop. The kitchen/bakery in the back room? Super cute! (Minor critique--maybe customize the lovely kitchen to a white and pink color scheme to fit in better?)
Overall, I really like town organization. Very nice!
Cons: I like the paths but I feel like they kinda take over the natural beauty of the town--specifically around the villagers houses. It's just personal preference but I like to plant flowers around my villagers' houses. The town is beautiful but lacking a central theme? I'm not a fan of overtly complex dream towns, but there's little sense of unity in decor/pwps? I'd suggest going with more modern looking pwps. Also, the decor in the mayors house left me kinda wanting? Specifically in the bathroom area--a bath house wall/tile and spa items might cement that.
Overall, I really love this town you've put together. With just a little tweaking, I think it could be perfect.
