Vesta is not moving quite yet, and yes, you may lurk for her
There is one other lurker ahead of you. As a lurker you have to be online and available to claim Vesta when she is in boxes. There is a reservation option where you can be guaranteed Vesta if she is adopted within the reserved time frame.

That is correct, and absolutely, you can reserve her. Once you complete the TBT transfer, I'll set it all up for you
